Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the LetterFrame website and product while LetterFrame is in early access. They are short on purpose. The service is operated by [Company legal name to be confirmed before launch], [Registered address to be confirmed before launch] ("LetterFrame", "we", "us").
1 · Early access, stated plainly
LetterFrame is in early access. The product is open for you to explore and use free of charge. Some features, including live email sending, contact import and the automation engine, are still being connected and are not yet available. The early-access page keeps an honest list of what works today and what is next. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted, as we build.
2 · Free use, for now
There is no charge during early access. When paid plans are introduced, prices will be published well before anyone is billed, pricing will follow the size of your audience, all features will be included on every plan, and you will be able to cancel at any time. Continued use after paid plans begin will be subject to updated terms, which you will see before they apply to you.
3 · Acceptable use
When live sending arrives, you may email only people who have given you permission, and you must honour every unsubscribe. You may not use LetterFrame to send spam, unlawful content, or anything deceptive. We may suspend use that breaks these rules. During the current demonstration phase, the product runs with sample content and does not deliver email.
4 · Your content and your data
Your content and your audience data belong to you. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you. You will be able to export your list, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@letterframe.com. Our privacy policy explains the detail.
5 · Accounts
The product currently requires no account. When accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity in your workspace.
6 · What we are liable for
We work hard to make LetterFrame reliable, but during early access the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. [Liability cap to be confirmed before launch.]
7 · Ending things
You can stop using LetterFrame at any time. We may end or suspend the early-access service with reasonable notice where practicable. Any data you have asked us to hold will be handled as the privacy policy describes.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch], and disputes will be heard in its courts.
9 · Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will change, and anything significant will be announced before it takes effect.
