COMING — LIVE SENDING, CONTACT IMPORT AND THE AUTOMATION ENGINE

What works today, and what is next

01 · CAMPAIGNS

Write it, then watch it take shape.

A campaign in LetterFrame moves through five steps: Purpose, People, Design, Message, Review. You write in blocks (headings, paragraphs, images, buttons, dividers) with your logo, colours and fonts already applied. A live preview shows the email at desktop and mobile widths as you work. The final screen puts subject, audience and timing together, with a checklist before send.

02 · AUDIENCE

Choose the people, with the count in front of you.

Groups keep your audience in shapes that match your business: everyone, regular customers, new subscribers, VIPs. Each group shows its size before you send. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses are shown as what they are, and permission is recorded for each person. Import from CSV is being built now and arrives during early access.

03 · AUTOMATIONS

Starts when this happens. Then LetterFrame does this.

An automation reads like a short story, top to bottom: what starts it, what it sends, how long it waits, what it checks. Recipes cover the moments that matter, from welcoming new subscribers to bringing quiet customers back. Edit any step in place; pause the whole thing whenever you like. The automation engine that sends these switches on during early access.

READS TOP TO BOTTOM — NOT A NODE GRAPH · THE SENDING ENGINE ARRIVES DURING EARLY ACCESS

04 · REPORTS

Words first. Numbers second. One next step.

Every report opens with a short written summary of what happened, followed by a single suggested next step. Delivered, reached, clicked and the rest sit underneath, charted plainly, for when you want the detail. None of it is generated by AI; the explanations are written by people, as part of the product's design.
