Who we are
LetterFrame is an email-marketing product for small businesses, currently in early access. What we collect, and why
If you email us. Your email address and whatever you write to us. We use it to reply, and, if you ask to join the early-access list, to send you product updates, the sending launch announcement and pricing news. We keep it until you ask us to stop.
If you use the product during early access. The open product runs with demonstration content and does not require an account. Anything you create in it stays in your browser and is not sent to us. When accounts arrive, we will collect what is needed to run your workspace: your name, email address, and the audience data you choose to add. This policy will be updated before that happens, and existing visitors will be told.

What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your audience data with advertisers. We do not use AI to analyse your content or your customers. We do not email you except as described above.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can leave the early-access list at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or emailing hello@letterframe.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
How long we keep information
